  1. The Phoenix owners plan to rent their home in preparation for the 2023 Super Bowl and the WM Phoenix Open. On Airbnb, the number of daily rentals available in December 2022 is 19 units, compared to 428 in February 2023. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  2. The Ignite Hope Candlelight Walk to raise money for the Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund is scheduled for Saturday, December 10. The walk takes place every year to show support and offer hope to children and their families coping with illness. (citysuntimes)
  3. A shooting at a Jack in the Box drive-in in North Phoenix left one dead and another injured. The shooting suspect then turned himself in to police. (Arizona family)
