9 Colin Robinson & Sheila The Mermaid
When Colin and Laszlo steal a boat to an island with information about the history of energy vampires, they discover something totally unexpected along the way. For Laszlo, she’s a dangerous and hideous mermaid, but for Colin, she’s the love of his life.
Viewers can’t be faulted for thinking that Colin is simply in love with Sheila because of her magical voice, but the vampire reveals that it’s the real deal. There’s an emotional moment between the two of them when Colin tells him he knows what it’s like to be kicked out. They’re a weird but sweet couple who will hopefully be explored further in the seasons to come.
8 Colin Robinson and Evie Russell
Evie is one of the WWDITSThe best supporting characters of who certainly deserve more screen time on the mock documentary. Her short-lived relationship with Colin was fascinating to watch, as it highlighted the potential of psychic vampire powers when combined.
The dynamic between the two characters is also interesting due to Evie’s tendency to be manipulative. The way she uses Colin to clear the office is both cruel and brilliant. As entertaining as the partnership is, it’s only fitting that it has been cut short. That said, fans are probably still hoping that Evie will make an appearance in future episodes, even if it’s not as a toxic partner for Colin.
7 Nadja from Antipaxos & The Ghost of Nadja
It’s no secret that Staten Island vampires can often be narcissistic, especially Nadja. That’s why no one was too surprised by his decision to keep his ghost instead of finding out what his unfinished business is.
The Ghost of Nadja predictably showcased all of the character’s best and worst traits, ranging from being overly dramatic to saying shattering returns. The two get along so well because they are the exact same person, the only difference being that the other is a doll. Besides being funny, Nadja’s doll is also useful in helping the vampire realize his flaws and needs. This was brought to light when the ghost ran away after feeling neglected by his busy roommates.
6 Laszlo Cravensworth and Sean Rinaldi
The Superb Owl is a hilarious mistake vampires made when their neighbor Sean invited them to a Super Bowl party. Sean unwittingly becomes the center of the night after Nandor and Laszlo suspect their neighbor is aware of their vampirism.
This evening is only the beginning of the strange but genuine friendship between Sean and Laszlo. Sean even invites the vampires to Las Vegas where he and Laszlo share an emotional moment that proves they support each other. Sean is ready to lend the vampire his credit card no questions asked, while Laszlo is determined to help his friend overcome his gambling addiction. They have become more than just neighborhood friends over the years, Laszlo referring to even to Sean as his best friend in an episode.
5 The guide and the gang
Since The Guide (also known as The Floating Woman) took on a bigger role in Season 3, she has reluctantly spent more time with the gang. She’s not shy about letting everyone know that she’s not too happy with her job as a guide to the Vampiric Council, as all too often she acts as a babysitter tasked with putting out fires that have started. by rowdy roommates. .
She has undeniably become a close friend of the vampires, whether she likes it or not. She even gladly offers to help them at times, such as when she serves as a trip planner for Nandor. It’s certainly a love-hate relationship between her and the gang, which is precisely why their interactions are always ridiculously fun to watch.
4 Nadja d’Antipaxos & Gregor
Most viewers would agree that after everything he’s been through, Gregor is a supporting character who deserves to join the WWDITS gang. His intermittently chaotic relationship with Nadja got him into trouble on several occasions, often costing him his head in the process.
Their relationship has lasted for hundreds of years, with Nadja finding ways to seek him out with each new reincarnation. Gregor’s unwavering dedication to her is both admirable and pitiful, as audiences know it always ends in a gruesome beheading. Hopefully Nadja will one day find him in a more impressive version of himself and with a name that sounds better than Jeff Suckler.
3 Laszlo Cravensworth and Colin Robinson
Laszlo and Colin’s friendship stole the show in Season 3. Laszlo was visibly spending more time with Colin and helping him discover more about the nature of energy vampires. Not only does Laszlo save him from the mermaid this season, he also invites her to go wherever he wants on his beloved car, the “Stutz Laszlo”.
No one expected to learn that this sudden closeness was unfortunately triggered by the fact that Laszlo discovered Colin’s inevitable death on his 100th birthday. His poignant speech about Colin’s importance to him is actually a farewell message, which luckily turns out to be unnecessary. With the startling revelation that Colin is now a helpless child, Laszlo’s friendship with him will surely grow further as he takes on the role of caregiver.
2 Guillermo De La Cruz & Nandor L’Implacable
There is an obvious expectation that familiars should be steadfast in the service of their masters and for a time, that’s all Guillermo was for Nandor. However, this relationship transformed and degenerated into a close friendship.
Nandor considers Guillermo more than his familiar or his bodyguard. This is evident when he suffers from “vampire depression” and refuses Guillermo’s request to be transformed, telling him that he cares too much for him to vampirically curse him. Of course, Guillermo’s devotion to Nandor is also full of love and concern. He would drop everything to follow his master across the world and risk his life to protect him from vampire assassins.
