Pivot! A Texas townhouse full of ‘Friends’ themed rooms hits the market

‘Friends’ fans can now own their very own ‘Friends’ themed home.

A Houston townhouse that lets owners live like Rachel and Monica — and Chandler, Joey, Phoebe and Ross — hit the real estate market Friday morning. The house was listed for $330,000.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse was built in 2003, just a year before the hit NBC sitcom aired. But inside the 2,015 square foot home, time stood still.

A gigantic living room features a mural that makes it look like you’re inside Central Perk. There’s even an orange sofa and comfy chairs like the ones the show’s six pals lay on while drinking their java.

A nearby wall is painted to look like the iconic fountain from the show’s opening credits.

From there, step into Monica and Rachel’s apartment. A cheery blue kitchen with open shelving resembles the kitchen where Monica created one delicious Thanksgiving meal after another.

A circular table with mismatched chairs recalls all the giggles and snacks shared by the “Friends” band.

As you climb the stairs to the second floor, you can’t miss the mural of Ross shouting “Pivot!” just like he did when he, Rachel, and Chandler carried that bulky couch up the stairs in season five.

And what “Friends” house would be complete without a football table? All that’s missing is Joey and Chandler’s chick and duck.

Diana Hu, the real estate agent selling the townhouse, told TODAY that the owner of this house, a man named Frank, lists the house on Airbnb.

“He mentioned to me that it’s very popular in the Airbnb industry to have a theme for your home,” Hu explained. “He’s actually getting really good bookings for his spot.”

Hu, an agent at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Houston, said it was the first time in 16 years that she had listed a pop culture-themed home. Since Frank is a personal friend, Hu knew in advance what to expect.

“I remember when he was building this house,” Hu said, “and he posted on Facebook as it progressed. So I watched him as it was happening.”

Hu told TODAY she was excited to show the townhouse to potential buyers as soon as the current group of guests vacate the space this weekend. Till then she jus the house sheet with insider references to “Friends”.

“The current owners haven’t ‘aped’ paying attention to detail,” Hu wrote, adding, “Start your day with a breakfast prepared in Monica’s kitchen. After a day of foosball or outings with friends in Central Perk, this might it’s time to check out the local entertainment.”

Hu concluded the smart list by asking, “Could this to be home for your next chapter?”
