BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Airbnb named the most hospitable hosts in each state, and a couple from Bloomington take home the honor for Hoosier State.
The couple, known only as Brian and Barb, host the “Cabin of Simple Blessingsin eastern Monroe County, between Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana.
In order to be named the most hospitable host, the rental must have a minimum of 100 reviews and have achieved a 100% 5-star review rate in these categories: Cleanliness, Check-in, and Communication.
Airbnb says five hosts in Indiana met the criteria to be a hospitable host, but Brian and Barb were chosen because their rental has the most reviews. Their cabin has received nearly 300 reviews and has never been rated less than 5 stars.
“When people spend their hard-earned time and money on vacation, we want our cabin to be magical and memorable,” Barb said. “We put in extra touches like wildflowers, homemade bread and a personal note for our guests.”
