After teasing for weeks, Amara La Negra has finally revealed her big news.

The “Love & Hip Hop Miami” star has a new project, but it has nothing to do with music or reality shows.

Reggaetonera has embarked on the real estate game in the Dominican Republic.

Amara Residences, in Las Terrenas on the Samana Peninsula, has 42 apartments and 12 penthouses, starting at just $ 175,200 for one bedroom, one bathroom.

“That’s all I dreamed of!” wrote the Miami native, who said she had spent many “sleepless nights” over the planning months with her business partner Allan Chaves, of Soluciones Allan.

La Negra, 30, seems to be looking at more projects in the country where her mother, a maker of empanadas, is from.

In the post, she says the Amara Residences are the “first of many” things to come.

The “Sabado Gigante” alum also just launched a podcast titled “Exactly Amara” with iHeartMedia’s My Cultura network every Thursday.

No topics in this online “safe space” are off limits, including money, healing, sex, and relationships.

“It’s definitely unfiltered, uncensored. It’s not PG-13; it’s kinda mean, ”the artist told Rolling Stone last week. “I just wanted to have a safe space and a non-judgmental zone where we can talk about anything and everything, no matter how bad it may sound.”

Renowned real-time reporter Madeleine Marr has worked for the Miami Herald since 2003. She has covered topics such as travel, fashion and food. In 2007, she helped launch the newspaper’s Daily People Page, attending red carpet events, awards ceremonies and press conferences; interview some of the biggest names in show business; and host his own show online. She is originally from New York and has two daughters.
