Andy Baker Named Regional President of F&M Bank Northern Indiana Market

ARCHBOLD, Ohio, Nov. 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Farmers & Merchants State Bank has announced the appointment of Andy Baker as regional president for its northern Indiana market. Lars Eller, President and CEO, said, “Andy has a long and proven history of building markets and his incredible leadership skills will benefit F&M as we seek to improve our northern Indiana market.

Andy will be responsible for the North Indiana region of F&M from Fort Wayne, Indiana north to the Michigan border. “Being from Fort Wayne and northern Indiana, my wife and I are very happy to be back in the area. F&M is a growing organization and I look forward to executing strategies to achieve our business goals in Fort Wayne and surrounding markets,” Baker said.

Andy brings over 27 years of banking experience, most recently as Executive Vice President and Market Director for PNC. Throughout his career, Andy has held several leadership positions and has been recognized for his ability to build and strengthen teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
