having purchased the property during construction of the building, the client wanted to keep the exposed reinforced concrete ceilings. they have been so well done that even the randomness of the formwork helps to create a feeling of comfortable yet tidy space. in the final design, all the walls have been demolished and rebuilt, and the kitchen appears in place of the hall.

despite being in one space, the living and kitchen areas of the apartment are clearly defined thanks to contrasting materials combined with a geometric play of shapes. the kitchen is lined with Italian panels made with a Carrara marble pattern. the rest of the house uses quality materials up to the bathroom. the exposed reinforced concrete ceiling continues into the bedroom, giving design continuity and a geometric division that gives the apartment its order.
