Bookiply completes two strategic acquisitions in Germany

Germany: based in Munich software provider Bookiply, a subsidiary of travel technology company Holidu, has entered into a strategic partnership with two companies specializing in the hosting market in Germany.

As part of the partnership, Bookiply announced the purchase of Lohospo, the services company for hosts and destination marketing organizations [DMOs]and my.IRS, with TOMAS software, destination management specialist in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The strategic merger, and subsequent expansion of the long-standing cooperation between the three companies, will allow them to utilize even more synergies within the group in the future and offer DMO partners and hosts the best possible marketing. through a wide range of products and services. .

The merger of the companies gives new impetus to the current growth from Holidu and Bookiply.

Founded in 2016, Holidu’s subsidiary Bookiply serves more than 10,000 owners in key tourist regions such as South Tyrol, the Balearic Islands, Andalusia, the Canary Islands and Sardinia.

The new partnerships help accommodation providers with much more visibility and less effort in supply management. Additionally, Bookiply strengthens cooperation with tourism associations and destination marketing organizations. [DMOs].
