Well, like it or not, fall is here.
Pumpkin spice is making a comeback in cafes, the days are getting shorter and some leaves are already starting to change.
I know, it’s crazy.
The good news is that a lot of fall specialties are coming back too. You know what I’m talking about…
Cider donuts and hard cider. Two amazing fall classics. And what better way to kick off fall than with a cider and donut festival?
Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One – Titans of BBQ presented by National Beef and Pat LaFrieda Meats hosted by Dario Cecchini, Pat LaFrieda and Michael Symon
Tickets for this event will go on sale August 31, 2022.
The date of the event: October 1, 2022 – a perfect start to October and the fall.
The festival will likely sell out, as previous years have done, according to the Facebook event. page. The festival will include six bars and restaurants, starting of course with the Greatest Bar. Each location will offer beer, soda water, hard cider specialties and a total of 2,000 free donuts.
Once again? 2,000 FREE donuts.

* Spicy Orange Cinnamon Roll
* Fresh apple donut

I’m not totally sure what kind of cider they will have; however, if they have Downeast Pumpkin on the draft, you better get that fall sucker. One of my favorite fall ciders – definitely my fiancé’s number one.
You can enjoy drinks and donuts from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
