‘Canada’s Scariest Corn Maze’ Returns With New Attractions Near Vancouver

One of the most popular Halloween attractions around Vancouver is back for another season of scares.

Maan Farmsthe creators of “Canada’s Scariest Corn Maze” located in Abbotsford, unveiled four new experiences for 2022: Homestead, The Way Down, Slaughterhouse and Midway.

Haunted opens on Saturday, September 24, and the creator of Maan’s Haunted shared that he’s excited for visitors to experience the scares this year.

“Each year, our creative team aims to improve Haunted by adding new layers and flavors,” said Amir Maan, creator of Haunted and COO of Maan Farms, in a statement. “We’re thrilled for our guests to have four multi-sensory experiences where the dead can’t help but meet you.”

Homestead is described as an immersive, limited-entry, full-contact experience. You star in your own horror movie as a guest in a rundown AirBnB. But beware because you may never be able to verify.

Visitors can also test their psychological limits in the all-new The Way Down. The lair requires guests to wear cloth hoods and follow a rope as they walk through the Hell Passage. Can you survive the fiery wrath of the underworld?

The “scariest corn maze in Canada” is back with a damn good slaughterhouse theme. Long-time fans and newcomers to Maan Farm’s Haunted can embark on a self-guided exploration of the corn maze, but be careful as chainsaw-wielding maniacs and flesh-eating pigs are right behind.

When you need a break from the heart-pounding fun, stop by the Midway Street Theater to meet a cast of characters skilled in the arts of fire, improv and entertainment. There will be wicked laughs and monstrous music to enjoy. Plus, you can even visit the Blood Bar to order a blood bag full of wine.

Other food items you can sample during your visit include Maan Farms new Naan tacos, Mad Jack Pumpkin Spice wine and Creepy Cloud cocktail.
