Chop N Fresh will open its first location in the Birmingham area in mid-November

Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke Adds New Restaurant Called Chop and fresh to its ever-growing portfolio of popular dining options.

The restaurant “concept salad” is located where Revealing Coffee once resided, near the Publix GreenWise market and next to A’mano. It is the first Chop N Fresh in the Birmingham area and the third in Alabama. They plan to open their doors in mid-November.

What can you expect from Chop N Fresh?

Bham Now met Dedra Miele, co-owner of the Lane Parke location.

“It’s a concept of salad with fresh ingredients. We will buy from local suppliers. We want it to stay local, ”she told us. “We have nine traditional salads and three different types of seasonal salads. We also have the option of entering and making your own salad.

According to Miele, the fresh salad dressings of the day are what makes Chop N Fresh special.

“What makes us unique is that we make our own walk-in closet,” she said. “Currently we have 12 dressings and we make them every day. They are all made from scratch. None of our recipes are purchased. We make them every morning.

With unique dressings, expect all the fresh elements:

• Green: Romaine, spring mix, arugula, spinach

• Toppings: basil, bean sprouts, beets, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, feta, lemon, lime, mint, mushrooms, nori furikake, olives, pita chips *, raisins, craisins, raw corn, red onion, flakes of roasted red chili peppers, roasted chickpeas, roasted corn, roasted sweet potatoes spicy broccoli, spicy sunflower seeds toasted almonds tomatoes, tortilla chips and more
• Protein: bacon, citrus shrimp, egg, impossible meatTM, roast chicken, roasted tofu

Hours

Chop N Fresh is slated to open in mid-November. Here are the timetables:

Monday to Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Lane Parke is on the rise

Once Chop N Fresh opens, each tenant in the first phase of Lane Parke will be fully leased and opened. Phase two, currently under construction, has signed MELT, Ignition cycle, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Little Buckhead Blue and more.
