The home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the upper level with a washer and dryer, there is a family room and kitchen on the main level. The beautiful new kitchen with center peninsula is on the main level of the home. All new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash and plenty of storage provide you with an elegant kitchen. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening on the new terrace right next to the kitchen. The lower level features a main living area, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with a 2nd washer and dryer. There are two entrances on the lower level and you can consider using it as an au pair suite, efficient rental or airbnb.
