Depart San Francisco for $415 round trip
We love flight sales, and right now you can get super cheap tickets from San Francisco to Poznań, Poland – we’re talking $415 round trip.
The flights are with Lufthansa and stop in Munich, but this will be your only connection on the way to Poland. They’re Economy Light, so one carry-on is included in your trip, but if you’re bringing home souvenirs (vodka?) you’ll want to check a bag in separately. Journey times are also relatively short, hovering around less than 16 hours each way.
Here are the 2023 dates we have found so far:
Poland is full of great places to visit and Poznań is one of its still unknown cities. Expect far fewer tourists here than elsewhere in Poland, and a number of nice things to do: there’s a beautiful old town to stroll around, a palm grove for plant lovers, and extremely copious.
Beyond Poznań, you can head to a ton of places by train or rental car to fit a second or third city into your trip. For example, Poznan to Krakow, a bustling and cultural city home to a magnificent castle and a ton of history, is only about five hours away by train. Warsaw, on the other hand, is ideal for history buffs and is less than three hours a way.
It’s not just that the flights are cheap: traveling in Poland is much cheaper than in the United States; think great rates on hotel rooms, meals at a fraction of the price and, of course, very decent and relatively very cheap beer.
