Disgusted Customer Finds Full Chicken Head In Her Box Of KFC Hot Wings

A customer was horrified after finding a whole chicken head in her box of KFC Hot Wings.

A disgusting photo shows the head, complete with its eyes and beak, covered in the nation’s favorite crispy batter straight from the deep fryer.

After ordering their meal at a branch in Feltham, southwest London, a woman named Gabrielle left the food to a two-star JustEat reviewer.

He would say, “I found a fried chicken head in my hot wings meal. Hand me the rest of my meal, urgh.”

In the photo posted on the Instagram account Take away trauma, people shared their horror.

One user said: “I really wish I could turn back the 2 minute time when I hadn’t seen this. What does it take to get a star? “

“At least you know it’s real,” another joked.

Others claimed that seeing the animal’s head made it easier to understand what people were eating.

“Fried chicken head is always fried chicken in fairness,” one user said.

“If you eat meat, there is nothing wrong with you, you are just faced with the reality of what you are eating for once.”

Some people have said that seeing the animal's head gives a better understanding of what people ate when they go to fast food restaurants.

“If you can’t stand your food being a dead animal, then you shouldn’t be eating meat,” agreed another.

KFC joked on Twitter that it was “the most generous two-star review ever.”

They added that they were “puzzled” as to how the whole head had slipped between the wings.

They also said The Sun Online: “We were really surprised by this photo. Since Gabrielle made contact, we have sought to find out how it went.

“Put simply, we serve real chicken – and we’re proud of it – but this has clearly escaped the strict processes and controls in place with our suppliers, partners and teams, who prepare everything fresh in our restaurants.

“It’s true that even the best-worked out plans can on rare occasions go wrong. And this one is incredibly rare.

“This is an issue we have taken very seriously – already putting new measures in place with our suppliers and retraining our teams to prevent this from happening again.

“That said, it doesn’t change Gabrielle’s experience – so we contacted her and she has now accepted free KFC on us.”

The fast food giant added that she and her family have been invited to the restaurant to see how the preparation is done so that she can rest assured that no chicken heads will return to her hot wings.
