They have been identified as Zorree Peeples, 18, Jhabre Wilson, 17, Karea Cowvins, 17 and Davion White, 20.

“All these accusations [for the two males] are going to be gang-related charges. Because we found out through investigation that two of these men were involved in gangs in Cobb County,” Douglasville Police Department Chief Gary Sparks said.

White was arrested in Oklahoma and is charged with murder, aggravated assault, violations of the GA Street Gang Act and various weapons offenses.

Cowins and Peeoples were arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Detectives are still trying to locate and arrest Wilson.

Los Angeles County Commissioner Maxwell Billieon, who aids and advises the Smith family, said a judge has already denied Cowins and Peeples bail. Adding that the judge said they were a flight risk and a danger to society.

Commissioner Billieon also said a civil action will soon be filed by the family. The complaint could name Airbnb, whose platform the party’s organizers allegedly used to communicate with the owner according to Billieon, as well as the area HOA.

Airbnb previously denied that a reservation had been made for the house through its reservation system.

Smith’s family and friends held a celebration of life for the 15-year-old on December 15.

“I love this little guy. He’s who I remember [holding up a photo], that’s who I remember. It was difficult for me and his father to come down and see the coffin, because it’s not the one we know,” said Christopher Smith, Landon Smith’s uncle.
