Ex-‘RHONY’ Star Dorinda Medley Lists New York Pad for $2.5 Million

Is former ‘Real Housewives of New York’ star Dorinda Medley saying goodbye to the Big Apple for good?

The Bravo star listed his New York pad for $2.495 million on Thursday, according to real estate agent.com.

While she spends most of her days in her glamorous, purpose-built home in the Berkshires, Medley, 57, has kept the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Upper East Side apartment for 15 years.

Occasionally, she would list the house for rent at $9,950 a month while quarantining in Massachusetts during the pandemic.

Medley first bought the home in 2007 for $1.2 million, records show.

“The decorator performed a meticulous and comprehensive renovation which has just been completed,” the listing describes.

Located at 120 E. 87th St., features include 14-foot loft-like ceilings with oversized windows, the listing notes.

Renovations include new bathrooms with designer fixtures, new hardwood floors throughout, and a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer.

The full-service building features many amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, doorman, landscaped rooftop terrace and courtyard, fully equipped health club with swimming pool, children’s playroom, and gym. yoga, as well as an adjacent garage and storage space.

Medley was fired after six seasons on “RHONY” for being “too mean” when she drank, sources claimed previously at Page Six.

The social media star simultaneously rented a Sutton Place pad in 2018, at the Oriana, but left the house in October 2020.

Page six reported for the first time that Medley’s home in the Oriana building was in danger after she was not asked to return for season 13 of ‘RHONY,’ because she signed a contract to live in a three-bedroom apartment in exchange for her promotion. As a result, fans have seen Medley throwing Valentine’s Day and Halloween parties at the luxurious building.

Meanwhile, it looks like Medley is enjoying his time in the Berkshires. Known as Bluestone Manor, the house has been the backdrop for many famous “RHONY” moments. The 11,000 square foot spread was a gift from her husband, Richard Medley, who died in 2011.

The ‘Make It Nice’ author opened the 18-acre property on Airbnb for a two-night stay in August last year.

The mansion is also the site of Medley’s spin-off show, “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip”.
