Five Iron Golf Comes to Downtown Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — Five Iron Golf, a premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, is coming to downtown Indianapolis.

The company leases at least 14,632 square feet on the lower level of Industry, a new mixed-use development located at Vermont and Pennsylvania streets.

This will be the company’s first location in Indiana and will occupy the first and second floors of the building.

This experience is suitable for golfers and non-golfers. The space will feature 12 bespoke golf simulators, complimentary equipment, custom club fittings at the Fitting Lab, widescreen televisions, recreational games and a full-service restaurant.

“The Five Iron Golf will quickly become a destination of choice. It brings an interactive golf experience with a high-energy, high-tech vibe that appeals to golfers and non-golfers alike. We’re excited to see them expand into the Indianapolis market,” said Dugan Thompson of Colliers.

Five Iron also organizes special events such as leagues, birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate meetings and even private lessons.

“Five Iron Golf is the type of experiential retailer that downtown residents and workers are increasingly drawn to,” said Diana Zagarzhevskiy, senior manager at Cushman & Wakefield. “It’s the perfect complement to Industry’s mixed-use environment and a great addition to the neighborhood’s street-level retail.”

Five Iron Golf is slated to open in the summer of 2023 downtown, joining more than seven other Midwest locations. Downtown Indy will be Five Iron’s 21st location in the United States.
