7:25 a.m. PT – 12/13 It turns out that Ratray’s girlfriend decided to take a police report a day after the incident. We got the report in which his girlfriend claims the actor got physical with her during the argument, strangled her, and put a hand over her mouth. She says she bit his hand, punched her in the face, and ran off down a stairwell. She then got her things back and left while waiting for the cops to arrive.
Home Alone Star Devin Ratray – who played Buzz McCallister in the movie – had a feud with his girlfriend that got so bad… someone called the cops to check things out.
Police sources tell us they were called to a Hyatt near downtown OKC earlier this week over a marital argument between Ratray and his girlfriend.
Ratray’s rep says the two argued verbally, nothing physical, and things were so unpleasant that they broke up. The representative did not want to say what the argument was about.
The cops tell us things were sorted out once Devin and his girlfriend decided to go their separate ways for the night – she got a separate bedroom – and no one was arrested.
Of course, Ratray will live on in the classic infamy of the Christmas movies as Buzz, who tormented his little brother Kevin (played by Macaulay Culkin) for the coming years. The actor recently revealed to People that there is a possible “Home Alone” reunion in the works… but it’s unclear if that hiccup will derail this project.
