BOURNEMOUTH

SAMUEL RICHARD JAMES THOMSON, 31, of Romney Road, Bournemouth, was convicted of driving a Volkswagen car in West Way, Bournemouth on March 8, 2017 while using a mobile phone. Fine of £900. To pay an extra £85 and a fee of £90. Driving record approved with six points.

ADRIAN GOODFELLOW, 56, of Madeira Road, Bournemouth, admits when he is suspected of driving a vehicle and being required to provide a breath sample or samples for analysis in connection with a investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to take him into Bournemouth police custody on October 27. Fine of £500. To pay an extra £200 and a fee of £85. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 12 months.

ADAM DANIEL JAMES HAGGETT, 43, of Poole Hill, Bournemouth, admits stealing liquor worth £291.40 belonging to Morrisons in Bell Street, Shaftesbury on August 13. Community order issued, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitative activity required. Pay compensation of £291.40.

CARL BENNETT, 33, of Norton Road, Bournemouth, admits not providing any information relating to the identification of the driver of a Peugeot car, who was allegedly guilty of an offense after February 2. Fine of £905. To pay an extra £91 and a fee of £85. Driving record approved with six points.

CHURCH-CHRIST

CHRISTOPHER ALEXANDER BRADLEY, 29, from Layside, Mudeford, admits he failed to comply with the requirements of a community order issued on April 25 by not showing up for office appointments scheduled for May 13 and October 5 and at a pre-group appointment scheduled for September 28 Community ordinance repealed. New community order issued, that respondent must participate in up to 40 days of rehabilitative activity requirement.

MARK REGINALD BROWN, 52, of Sterte Close, Poole, admits driving a Mercedes motor vehicle in Rossmore Road, Poole on July 24 with seven micrograms of THC per liter of blood. Fine of £120. To pay an extra £48 and a fee of £85. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 12 months.

JASON LEE KIRKBY, 32, from Viscount Walk, Poole, admits to being involved in the production of eight cannabis plants at Viscount Walk, Poole on May 6. Released on probation for 12 months. Pay an extra £22 and a fee of £85. Medications and equipment should be confiscated and destroyed.

CHRISTOPHER ROBERT OTOOLE, aged 33 and from Chaldon Road, Poole, admits to having had a small amount of cannabis in Seldown Lane, Poole on October 26. Conditionally absent for six months. Pay an extra £26 and a fee of £85. Medicines to be confiscated and destroyed.

ADAM HOBIE WHITE, 32, of Old Kiln Road, Poole, admits driving a Range Rover in High Street, Cowes on September 16 with 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath. Fine of £184. Pay an extra £74 and a fee of £85. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 18 months.

MICHAEL ANTHONY JOHNSON, 36, of Melbury Avenue, Poole, admits driving a Ford car in Ringwood Road, Poole on March 1 without care or attention. Fine of £251. Also admits to being the driver of a Ford car due to the presence of which at Ringwood Road, Poole, on March 1, an accident occurred in which injury and damage was caused to another person and to another vehicle and it did not stop. Community order issued, requiring the respondent to attend an approved program for 29 days, participate in up to five days of rehabilitation activities, and complete 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay an extra £95 and a fee of £85.
