Indian Shores beachfront estate sells for $6.9m • St Pete Catalyst

A beachfront property tucked away in the western corner of an Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood has sold for $6.9 million.

Ariyana Saint Jennings has sold her 4,148 square foot home at 20256 Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores to administrator Tracy J. Tucker, according to Pinellas County records. Julie Folden of Coastal Properties Group International, who represented the seller, said it was the highest property sale in Indian Shores to date.

The pink-painted house features a mural of hibiscus and other tropical flowers and offers a deep-water dock on the Intracoastal, located across the boulevard.

The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home, built in 2016, is located next to a beach access walkway. The home has been featured in several local periodicals due to its high-end and custom finishes, according to the listing.

Folden explained that it was the seller’s second home and she didn’t live there as much as she had planned, so she put it on the market.

The seller has made numerous renovations to the property, including the purchase of a generator and the installation of a new ramp and new flooring. She also hired an artist to paint the exterior mural.

Since listing the home in 2021, Folden said it has garnered great interest from parties looking to purchase the home and use it as an Airbnb vacation rental property; however, the buyer has not expressed interest in using the home as Airbnb.

Inside the home there is a large kitchen with an oversized center island and custom imported cabinetry with Taj Mahal marble countertops. The kitchen also has Sub Zero candidates.

Other touches such as porcelain floors can be found throughout the house.

There is a master bedroom and a private balcony.

The master bedroom connects to an expansive private balcony with stunning gulf views. The room also has a wet bar with a fridge.
