A source visiting the farm previously told The US Sun that Matt sat down with his fans at the farm for a reading of his children’s book, Little Lucy Big Race, and also discussed the process of transforming the house into a lease.

At the time, Matt revealed that the house was 26 weeks late in opening to guests due to major delays at the permit office.

Amy wasn’t there during the reading when Matt impersonated her, as she was helping out elsewhere around the pumpkin patch.

Matt said Amy has finally warmed to the idea and over the past few weeks the TLC crew has filmed the ex-couple walking through the house with the rental adjustments for the first time.
