Lady Gaga Says Britney Spears ‘Changed the Course for Women’ in the Music Industry ‘Forever’

Lady Gaga are Britney spears sing their praises to each other.
On Friday night, Spears, 39, shared a video on his Instagram Story of Lady Gaga answering a question about the singer of “Lucky” following the termination of his guardianship after 13 years.
In the clip, Gaga, 35, speaks candidly about what Spears has endured over the past decade. “The way she was treated in this business was really bad, and the way women are treated in the music industry is something I would like to change,” Gaga said in a red carpet interview. . “I think she will be an inspiration to women forever.”
Along with Gaga’s video, Spears wrote, “Thank you @ladygaga for really taking the time to say something so sweet. You made me cry !!! I love you !!!”

Gaga then responded to Spears’ words in her own post on her respective Instagram Story alongside a makeup-free photography of itself.

“I love you @britneyspears,” Gaga wrote. “Live your best life ❤️❤️❤️ I prayed that the legal system would treat you like a person. You have now changed the course of women in this industry forever. You stood up for yourself and were so brave. Thank you. “
Spears’ the guardianship has ended earlier this month, when Los Angeles County Judge Brenda Penny approved a petition from Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, to end the legal arrangement.

Although Britney’s guardianship over the estate and the person has been terminated, her temporary trustee, John Zabel, will retain “administrative powers” in the trust and the estate. Her personal curator Jodi Montgomery will be “there for whatever she needs,” according to Montgomery lawyer Lauriann Wright.

The recent social media exchange between Gaga and Spears isn’t the first time the “Poker Face” singer has expressed support for her fellow pop star.
Shortly after news of the end of Spears’ tutelage came to the public, Gaga shared a photo of herself slipping like her alter ego Jo Calderone, kissing Spears at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

“I loved Britney Spears her entire career. I admired her, I admired her strength – she empowered so many people and still does,” Gaga wrote in the legend. “I couldn’t be happier for you today.
