The birth of the creative concept is inspired by other activities of Elfie Lylyth Erotic and Lingerie, an adult boutique and Lylyth Private Rooms, a service that helps organize special moments by decorating hotel rooms and homes. “Wanting to find different sources of income, my next project was to try to combine my brand with real estate, creating Lylyth Estates,” says Elfie. Houstonia.

Set in vibrant Montrose, the one bedroom condo is impressively decorated for an immersive romantic experience. “I wanted to have different love quarrels in each area and make each part of the house different,” Elfie explains. Lylyth Estates features a custom money-themed bathroom and an alluring cinema-worthy living room. The bedroom, also called The Red Room, is the main experience of the house, which guests can surely look forward to on an eventful evening. the principally The red bedroom features ceiling velvet curtains, a wall of floor-to-ceiling rosettes, and a custom heart-shaped bed. “Whether you are staying for a romantic weekend getaway or celebrating a special occasion with your partner, it will be nothing short of a scintillating experience,” says Elfie.

Although Lylyth Estates is made for a couple’s getaway, Elfie says the property can also be used as a creative space for influencers looking for the perfect backdrop for their content. “For photographers looking for a romantic photo shoot space or for artists who might need a location for a lover, they are welcome to move into the property as it adheres to the restrictions of the business and COVID safety rules.”

Elfie shared with Houstonia how Lylyth Estates settled in Montrose, when is the best time to book and what awaits the home rental business.

Houstonia: The property is located in Montrose. What was the scouting process to ensure the theme is best suited to the region?

elfie: I hired a real estate agent to select the properties that best matched what I wanted. I was looking for downtown and the Galleria area, but once I saw this place I fell in love with it, and Montrose is literally the place for it. It’s walking distance to steakhouses, museums, the zoo, it’s all there in this area, perfect for couples. And, that also keeps it open to people from the LGBTQ community who are also welcome.

Houstonia: With Valentine’s Day approaching, when would be the best time to reserve the space for the month of February?

elfie: People would often wait until the last minute, but now would be the best time to do it. Your place will already be secure and you won’t have to worry about trying to get in or waiting for someone to cancel. I will also add a private conservation room, if requested. I will walk in and personally set it up with rose petals and balloons to make the stay more personal and special.

Houstonia: With so many creative spaces emerging, how do you see the future of Lylyth Estates?

elfie: I will definitely expand. Starting this process, I already knew I wanted to recreate two more spaces in Houston and then expand to California, Arizona, Miami, New York, and hopefully around the world. By keeping brand with what I already have going on with my business and my business, I want to spark romance all over the world.
