Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are ‘overwhelmed’ after reaching $30 million raised for Ukraine aid

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher thank the fans for reaching an important milestone.

The couple posted a video on Instagram this afternoon, revealing that with them they raised their $30 million goal to help Ukraine amid the Russian invasion.

“Over 65,000 of you donated,” Mila shared in the video. “We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the support.”

She continued, “While this is far from a solution to the problem, our collective effort will provide a soft landing for so many as they move forward into their uncertain future.”

Ashton chimed in, saying that even if the goal was met, they would continue to fundraise and work to ensure their collected donations went to those in need.

“We are going to do everything we can,” he shared, “to ensure that the outpouring of love that has come from all of you through this campaign finds maximum impact with those who need it.”

The couple also indicated that the funds have already been and will continue to be sent to Flexport.org and Airbnb.org.

Flexport.org distributes supplies to refugee sites in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Moldova, while Airbnb.org offers free short-term housing for refugees.
