Banner Elk, North Carolina is on the list of the best places for a winter vacation home. Personally, I’ve never been there, but now I think a winter weekend drive might be fun to check out this year. Banner Elk is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, between two major ski resorts. So, perfect location, right? Enjoy Sugar Mountain or Beech Mountain Resort while taking in the Banner Elk scenery. From skiing to snowboarding, you can enjoy so many different things in the area.
If you want to be able to enjoy a good winter destination home, it seems Banner Elk is the place to go. How fun it would be to take a break from the beautiful winter weather and have your home ready to go anytime. Looks like I need a vacation now.
