Carlos Egusquiza and Josenia Bracho are the new owners of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise.
Egusquiza plans to bring his experience in corporate finance, hospitality and industrial engineering to the company’s South Florida location. Bracho will manage employee recruitment.
“I’ve spent a career gaining knowledge and insights from other business ventures to launch the new site,” says Egusquiza, who recently opened his site in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood area. “These previous ventures helped prepare me to make this new venture a success.”
Egusquiza’s professional experience is varied. More recently, he was an Airbnb Super Host, having converted several homes into vacation rentals. He also has over 20 years of corporate finance experience and five years of industrial engineering experience.
Egusquiza is an active member of the local Hispanic community. His company will provide routine janitorial services and commercial cleaning services to businesses and facilities in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood area. Services include sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry cleaning, safe trash removal, sanitizing restrooms, sanitizing, dusting, cleaning blinds, restocking restrooms, window cleaning and cleaning walls, ceilings and baseboards.
“Our goal is to build a core team of employees who adhere to the highest cleaning standards and deliver service excellence,” says Egusquiza. “We want to be the commercial cleaning services company of choice for businesses in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood.”
