A Cheaphotels.com survey found that Pensacola Beach is the Sunshine State’s most expensive beach destination for hotel stays this year

Pensacola Beach, which happens to be the whitest sand beach in the United States, is finally banking on its soft-sand beauty.

At an average rate of $295 per night for the cheapest double room, Pensacola Beach proved to be the most expensive accommodation compared to 40 accommodation destinations in Florida this summer. Source: CheapHotels.org

Pensacola is the first Florida city to come from the West and is said to be the first American settlement. Alabama and Mississippi residents who share Gulf beaches are aware and patronize Pensacola Beach every year.
