Grill Chef at Premier Inn Albert Dock

Contract: At least 40 hours per week

Pay: up to £10.05 per hour

He then lists the attributes and skills he wants, saying: “Some experience would be great (especially if you’ve been a kitchen porter, night porter or something similar) but it’s not essential. Contract: 32 hours over four days a week

  • Act as a laundry carrier and work safely with cleaning chemicals.

Assistant hotel manager

Contract: Full time

Salary: £27,250 per year

Premier Inn is looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager in the Liverpool area and the job description states: “As Assistant Hotel Manager you will play a central role in the management team, driving the business at the next level Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will lead from the front by ensuring the smooth running of the site on a day-to-day basis.

“You will demonstrate a clear passion for leading, motivating and developing high performing, skilled and motivated teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences, making us the most valued hotel brand. As Deputy Hotel Manager, we looking to develop your skills to become the next generation of Hotel Managers at Premier Inn.”

He adds: “Ideally demonstrate management experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or similar field with a focus on customer service and business results. catering is desirable.”

Contract: 24 hours a day over three nights

Salary: Up to £10 per hour
