A new hub in Warsaw

The Polish capital of Warsaw is one of the most promising destinations in Europe at the moment, so it is perhaps not surprising that there are many developments at the moment.

One of the most exciting new prospects on the horizon for Warsaw is The Warsaw Hub, a mixed-use development that will include offices, coworking facilities, meeting and conference facilities, retail and hotels.

This variety of shopping and hospitality spaces will span several towers united into a cluster in Warsaw’s nascent business area, Rondo Daszyńskiego in the Wola district.

Crowne Plaza and Hilton Express at the Hub

The Warsaw Hub is not only close to the Rondo Daszyńskiego transport hub, which gives guests access to all of the city’s sights, but it is also within walking distance of Warsaw’s Old Town, the national museum and zoo.

Central Warsaw hotels join a number of existing hotels in this vibrant CBD area, but will be all the more appealing to guests due to their location within this new development. The Crowne Plaza Warsaw Hub and Holiday Inn Express Warsaw will reside within the new complex.

The Crowne Plaza will be located on floors 11 to 21 and will have 212 rooms. Highlights of the hotel are a Sky Bar which offers guests panoramic city views and over 2,000 m2 of meeting and corporate space, making it ideal for business travelers.

The Holiday Inn Express Warsaw is a 218-key 3-star property on floors 3-10. “The Holiday Inn Express and the first Crowne Plaza hotel in Poland will complete The Warsaw HUB’s portfolio. They will also enrich the Rondo Daszyńskiego district, which will soon become a truly dynamic part of the city, ”said Jarosław Zagórski, Director of Business and Business Development of Ghelamco Poland.

4 star offer in Warsaw

The Crowne Plaza Warsaw Hub is a 4-star establishment with a young spirit, while maintaining an air of professionalism and efficiency. Materials such as marble and wood add warmth and opulence to spaces, especially in the bar.

The Sky Bar has comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day of meetings, and the rooms are executed in a neutral palette so visitors can have a calming oasis to retreat to in the evening.

“We have seen a strong increase in demand for hotels in Eastern Europe and we are delighted to enrich our portfolio through the Warsaw HUB. This development marks the first Crowne Plaza in Poland and our first dual-brand resort in the market, ”said Miguel Martins, Director of Development in Poland, IHG.

“We are delighted to partner with Ghelamco on this key development in a high quality location and Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express are two strong brands that will serve the exciting growth of business and leisure visits to the city,” a- he explained.
