‘Scream’ house location explored
I screamthe conical house is located at Spring Hill Estate, which is a 300 acre property in Tomales, California. The estate hosts events such as weddings and is located on top of a hill.
While the whole location and the house itself looked terrifying Scream, the property itself is beautiful, with picturesque views.
Besides the iconic Scream house, there are other notable properties on the estate, including The cottage and The Bassett Farm. the Scream house itself is laden with Victorian elegance.
A report in House Beautiful says the house sleeps up to 16 people and rents for around $1,500 per night. The haunted house in reality has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
One of the many things that makes this house special is, unlike many films that only use the exterior of a house to film and film the interior on a studio-built set, Scream was entirely shot in this house.

How to book a stay this Halloween
Stu Macher’s ‘haunted’ house that chilled horror fans in the 1996 thriller is available for just $5/night to rent on Airbnb. The house will be available for three nights next month, ie 27, 29 and 31 October.
On Instagram, Airbnb revealed, “You can request to book these three one-night stays on October 12 at 1 p.m. EDT.
Guests will have a complete horror experience at this 4,900 square foot mansion, complete with Ghostface-patterned stained glass to set the Halloween mood. the Scream collaboration with Airbnb comes on the 25th anniversary of the 1996 thriller and is on the heels of Scream 2022 Release.
According to Airbnb, the house is full of 90s nostalgia, like the VHS tapes of the four Scream movies. You’ll also snack on famous 90s snacks like Jiffy Pop.
Scream 2022 release date revealed
screams main star David took his Social Media to share a clip promoting the film franchise’s collaboration with Airbnb.
Along with the clip, the actor also announced that Scream 2022 will hit theaters next January.
The clip shows David, aka Dwight ‘Dewey’ Riley, carrying a tray with popcorn and drinks on the table as he takes her to the couch. The Woodsboro Deputy Sheriff is seen relaxing while watching TV when we see Ghostface ogling in the background.
