BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Pinky Cole, founder of Slutty Vegan, announced the opening of a new location in Birmingham on Sunday.
“We are thrilled to join this historic neighborhood and have the opportunity to work alongside the other small businesses in Woodlawn,” said Jason Crain, president of Slutty Vegan. “We are very grateful to Mayor Woodfin and his office for welcoming us with open arms, and special thanks to the Woodlawn Foundation for not only helping us identify this location, but also for working with us throughout the delays related to the pandemic. We look forward to being part of Woodlawn’s rebirth and hope to have a positive impact on the community.
Slutty Vegan serves vegan burgers, sandwiches, sides and desserts for takeout and delivery. The restaurant is a “Nationally Recognized Burger Restaurant” based in Atlanta.
“We are so excited to sluttify all of Birmingham!” said Cole. “This place is extremely special to us – it’s our first location outside of Georgia, and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of your community. We hope you’re ready for us, because Slutty Vegan is ready. to serve as an experience for each of you.
The restaurant will be located in the Woodlawn area.
