Strictly Come Dancing week 9 results: BBC fans gutted by spoiler

Strict fans were devastated as a spoiler ‘leaks’ the results of the Blackpool special.

Last night’s show gave viewers all the glitz and glamor we’ve come to expect from Strictly as he made his highly anticipated return to the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom after two years.

Sunday night results is taped after Saturday’s live broadcast just after voting closes.

The 20th series of the show saw leaks from the live audience of the show where the results of which two couples faced the dreaded dance were leaked before the episode aired.

Strict spoiler ‘leaks’ week nine results as fan favorite quits Blackpool show

Newsquest will not divulge the details of which two celebrities ended up in the final two since these results have not been verified and in order not to spoil the program.

Naturally, some fans couldn’t bear the wait and took to social media to share their thoughts on the outcome.

One viewer posted on Twitter: “Gutted with the #StrictlySpoiler this week! My two favorites in the dance, as they both deserve to be in the finals.”

A second person chimed in: “It’s not that unfair.”

A third user commented, “No way. Nah nah nah nah nah!!! I don’t have it.”

Meanwhile, a fourth fan wrote, “They were my last two, and I think the right person was eliminated!”

Over the past few weeks, fans have taken to social media to demand that the BBC change the format of the results show to avoid future spoilers.

The Saturday and Sunday shows were filmed separately until 2008, when the late Bruce Forsyth struggled to host two nights in a row.

The live studio audience, consisting of family, friends as well as contestants and the public, have their phones removed during filming

What time is the Strictly Results Show?

Strictly Results will follow the next day, Sunday evening.

It will air live from 7:20 p.m. until 8 p.m. before Top Gear.

Two couples will also find themselves in the dance as they compete to make it to next week’s show.

Strictly Come Dancing results will air on Sunday November 20 at 7.20pm on BBC One.
