Show up at rallies and events
A powerful way to show your support is to show up at local rallies and events. The world has moved in extreme numbers to support Ukraine and call for peace. cities like new York, Toronto, Berlin and London are among the thousands hosting events each week. It’s a great way to show solidarity and support Ukrainians in your community as well as those on the front lines.
Make a donation
1.3 million Ukrainians have fled since the attack began, and this number is expected to increase dramatically. If you would like to make a direct monetary donation to relief efforts in Ukraine and to refugees, the organizations below are great resources.
Razom for Ukraine
Razom has set up an emergency response focused on the purchase of emergency medical supplies which are delivered directly to warehouses and delivery points in Poland and Ukraine.
Global donations
Donations will support humanitarian aid in affected communities in Ukraine and surrounding areas where refugees have fled.
United Nations Crisis Relief
You can set up a one-time, weekly or monthly donation through the United Nations. The funds will be used to support the UN and its humanitarian partners operating in Ukraine to provide immediate relief on the ground.

Americares has medical teams working on the ground in Krakow, Poland, not only to help coordinate large-scale medical shipments directly to hospitals and responders in Ukraine, but also to provide psychological and psychosocial support to refugees.

Be sure to verify that the tenant is an individual and not a large business.
Stay informed and spread information
Silence is powerful, it’s important to use your voice to show your support. Keep up to date with the situation and use your social networks to spread factual information. Reposting, calling to action, and helping spread information in your circle can have more impact than you think. Even the smallest voices matter, and together we have the power to raise them.
