The Man from Toronto synopsis, cast, release date and more

Netflix has acquired the rights to the Sony movie, The man from Toronto. The film stars Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson. The film was previously set to hit theaters on August 12 before the streaming service picked it up. Now, it will be released in June exclusively on Netflix.

The acquisition is part of a deal struck by Netflix and Sony last year. It gives the streamer a first look at his live movies, according to Deadline. Lady Chatterley’s Lover starring Emma Corrin, Jack O’Connell and Matthew Duckett, was the first film announced under the Sony-Netflix partnership.

Robbie Fox and Chris Bremner are the writers of Toronto man, while Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch produced. Bill Bannerman, Aaron L. Gilbert and Jason Cloth serve as executive producers.

The Man From Toronto will be released on June 24, 2022. It was originally supposed to hit theaters on August 12, so we’re getting it almost two months early now!
