This American man lived in his office. Watch the video to find out why

A man in the United States moved into his Office and started living in one of the cabins to protest the low pay he received. In a video shared on Instagram, Simon documented her daily life and routine in the office cubicle and described her as “coming home from work”.

In the video, we see the man unpacking his suitcase, making it his living space. “This is me, taking all my things in several bags and unpacking them. I’m moving out of my apartment into my cubicle. They’re not paying me enough to do both. In protest, I’m just going to live at my job and see how long I can get away with it.

He stores $150 worth of canned ham and pineapple in the fridge and uses a sleeping bag to sleep under his desk. In another clip, Simon reveals he took a bath in the office’s second building.

He started living in the office after the the job has moved to online mode during the coronavirus pandemic. “They don’t pay me enough to do both. So to protest I’m just going to live at my job,” he said in the TikTok video of 9Honey. “Nothing I do is technically illegal, it’s just frowned upon,” Simon said, as quoted by 7news.com.au in another video.

However, he was “evicted” from the office building with his suitcases and now lives at Airbnb. He said he doubted whether to keep his job.

“It’s probably going to end, it’s up in the air, shoes on feet to find out if it’s going to be calm and nice or if it’s going to be everything. It’s up to them,” he said in a TikTok video according to 7news.com.au.
