Nestled in Cedar Lake, Indiana is a popular and much-loved local delicacy that draws throngs of visitors year-round. It’s called Uncle John’s Flea Market, and it’s a real gem. Since 1978, Uncle John’s has provided Hoosier State with some of the best thrift, scavenger and barter stores the Midwest has ever seen! If you’re a fan of large public markets, you’ll love this Indiana flea market. It’s never a bad time to head to Uncle John’s – just be sure to leave room in your car for all the cool stuff you find.

It’s quite intimidating at first – the size of the place – but in our eyes that makes it all the more desirable. Few things are as fun as totally losing track of time while browsing through all sorts of unique crafts and second-hand items.
