While most Small people, big world fans are done with the family fights, with many weighing in on the rental property issue, saying it seems like a bad move. In light of the house’s location, farm access restrictions, and high price tag, fans think it might just be a mistake for Matt.

While Roloff Farms is a fun fall destination, fans of the reality TV family aren’t sure the price of renting the house is worth it. The house is listed on iTrip Holidays at a startling $570.29 to $1,924 per night, with a three-night minimum stay. The house is also listed on Airbnb for $645/night, with a $360 cleaning fee and $324 service fee. Although the house is very nice, fans do not find the prices reasonable. Since Matt Roloff has strict rules for people who visit Roloff Farms, most believe the rules for tenants will be just as strict. They believe that, combined with the price potential, visitors will be scared off.

Airbnb lists additional rules for guests to follow, including removing beds before departure, washing dishes, taking out trash, and leaving trash cans on the sidewalk. Many fans were amazed at how much a holiday to the Roloff house would cost, considering what is being offered in return. The six-car garage is now a nerdy playroom, so you don’t have parking. Anything cool to look at on the property is officially off limits – no egress from the designated grassy courtyard, no checking in on the castle, western town, pirate ship.

This sentiment was echoed by other Reddit users, as many felt that the amenities offered were not reflected in the rental cost. Some fans think the controversial patriarch, who is now with Caryn Chandler, is greedy.
