You can book a stay at Daddy Yankee’s house on Airbnb

Have you ever been asked to water a friend’s plants – or feed their * extremely * ungrateful * cat – while they’re on vacation? Keeping a home can be quite unglamorous at the best of times. But have you ever dreamed of borrowing a famous person’s house instead, your time has come.

Reggaeton musician Daddy Yankee is opening his home on Airbnb while on tour next month. That’s right: you are house-sitting for the real king of reggaeton. Fans will be able to stay in the seeing shelter in Luquillo, Porto Rico, tthroughout the month of December for just $ 85 (£ 63) a night.

You’ll be greeted by the hitmaker upon arrival – virtually, of course – and then you’ll be free to peruse their vast collection of rewards (sort of flex, tbh). There is a luxurious outdoor swimming pool, an incredibly lively lounge, a huge volleyball court, and a pool table decorated with the Puerto Rican flag. Oh, and it’ll create a playlist just for you. Better to navigate your cousin’s damp apartment, right?

You could probably spend most of your time hanging out by the pool, but if you’re looking to explore the island, there’s a Daddy Yankee-approved list of bars and restaurants. Or you can explore El Yunque National Forest, which is not far at all. The trip will also do good: Airbnb says it will donate to PROTechos, a Puerto Rican organization that restores buildings after natural disasters.

Be prepared to pounce quickly: the reservation opens December 6 at 1 p.m. EST and seats will no doubt sell out quickly.
