You Can Now Stay at the Byers’ Home From ‘Stranger Things’ on Airbnb

Calling all stranger things fans – you can now rent the Byers’ current home on Airbnb, which even has iconic accessories.

The second half of Season 4 dropped on Netflix earlier this month, seeing people glued to TV to find out the fate of Eleven and the town of Hawkins.

If you can’t get enough of the heady mix of supernatural-infused nostalgia, now you can stay at the brick-and-mortar property seen in the series’ later episodes.

Home to Will, played by Noah Schnapp, Joyce, played by Winona Ryder, and Charlie Heaton as Jonathan, as well as Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown, Albuquerque home owners Ryan and Karen Asher have tried to keep the interior “as quirky/authentic as possible.”

The Ashers said Newsweek“At first we were going to move into the house until we knew how much stranger things became. We decided to turn it into an Airbnb to share the house with others to enjoy as well.

“We like to watch the stranger things the excitement of fans as they stop to peek around the house or ask to take a photo.

“Of course, we’re big fans too, and Season 4 has become our favorite by far. This is all pure genius. We’re Gen X, so going back in time and being able to present this time capsule of a house has was an amazing experience.

“The only challenge is to find a similar set used throughout the house. We went over some scenes, pausing each frame in hopes of replicating the rooms as closely as possible. It’s not an easy task but definitely fun.”

The Airbnb listing says, “Welcome to Upside-Down New Mexico. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,000-square-foot residence is Byers’ new home to Netflix,”stranger things“Season 4.

“Step back in time with 70s and 80s decor with modern, updated conveniences.

“The basement is 80s themed with a few iconic arcade games, air hockey, ping pong and movies to watch.”

Also in the basement is an alphabet painted on the wall, with string lights attached above, a throwback to one of season one’s iconic storylines, as Joyce uses it to communicate with Will in the Upside. Down.

The house, which can accommodate 14 people, offers mountain views, a fireplace and an HD television to watch your favorite series.

stranger thingsfirst released in 2016, has won numerous awards over the years, including Emmys and Teen Choice Awards, with an impressive list of nominations to boot.

The influence of the series in popular culture is so great that we have seen the song by Kate Bush, Run up that hillstormed back into the charts at number one, some 37 years after its release in 1985.

The cast is set to hit our screens one last time for season five, confirmed to be the 1980s show’s final season.

The creators, The Duffer Brothers, have shared a letter with fans explaining the story arc of Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown.

It read: “Seven years ago we planned the full story arc for stranger things. At the time, we predicted that the story would last four to five seasons.

“It proved too important to be told in four, but, as you will soon see for yourselves, we are now racing towards our finale. Season 4 will be the penultimate season and Season 5 will be the last.”
