VACATIONERS can now stay in one of the Queen’s private homes on the Sandringham Estate.

The property, which is available on Airbnbhas four bedrooms, six beds and can accommodate up to eight people.

It is described on the site as an “idyllic house” in a “superb setting”.

The listing reads: “This charming hideaway, owned by HM the Queennestled in the heart of his beloved Sandringham Estate country retreat and the closest estate property to Sandringham House itself, is all about an appreciation of the wide open spaces and beautiful gardens in which it sits.

“Formerly Queen’s head gardenerAs you would expect, the gardens are a pure delight and provide a superb setting for this idyllic home.”

The house is “eclectically furnished” from the Royal Collection, meaning that all furniture and paintings were once housed in a royal residence.

In addition to the “formal walled garden”, there is also a second “more informal” garden in which children and dogs can “run and play safely”.

There is a separate lounge and reception room, while two of the four bedrooms have king size beds and the other two have twin beds.

The house is a short drive from The beaches of North Norfolkas well as “many quintessential English villages, with pubs and duck ponds”.

It is also within walking distance of the Sandringham Visitor Center and the Sandringham Cafe and Cafe.

The Domain also has the Sandringham museum of exhibitions and transport, which houses the largest collection of royal vehicles in any location, including the first car ever owned by a member of the royal family.

Staying at the house will cost between £237 and £354 per night, with a three-night minimum.

This works out to £29.63 per person per night at its cheapest time with a maximum of eight stays.
