Many new developments are coming to the Jefferson County area in the New Year, including near Mountain Brook in Crestline Heights, a “$200 million mixed-use development located on the former site of Trinity Medical Center”, which will include “a corporate campus, single-tenant buildings and luxury condominium space”.
