Launch of the ENVI Lodges experiential lodge brand at AHIC

Dubai: Luxury experiential lodge brand and hotel management company, ENVI Lodges, which aims to transform the hotel industry in the Middle East, is expected to launch next week.

ENVI, which will be officially launched at AHIC – Arab and African Conference on Hotel Investment [20-22 September, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE], was created with sustainability at its heart, recreating the luxury of five-star amenities in uncharted territories, with immersive and nature-based experiences.

Created by co-founders Chris Nader and Noelle Homsey, ENVI will offer landowners and investors a unique solution to develop environmentally friendly housing, with low negative impact on the environment. Each of the brand’s lodges are made from renewable, local and sustainable materials, and lodge owners will reuse, recycle, recycle and minimize their energy use.

Three different types of luxury accommodation with sustainable practice in mind will be available to guests through a hotel distribution network:

Durable canvas, layered roof for ventilation, stainless steel frame, velcro closure windows, straps, UV resistant and waterproof, fire retardant.

Turnkey modular prefabricated construction, environmentally friendly, fully customizable, computer aided manufacturing, high energy saving, low maintenance.

Ideal for adventures and quirky experiences, from geodesic capsules to bubbles, treehouses, trailers or even floating accommodation.

ENVI has also created three categories of lodges to recognize the differences between each type of accommodation, using “Rings” as its exclusive classification system, designed to represent “eternity”:

Mainly suitable for lower project investments, limited facilities and smaller accommodation units such as bubbles, domes, trailers or tree houses. It offers a raw experience with fewer service touchpoints than the following two ring categories.

Granted for projects where the number of facilities, breadth of services, diversity of experiences and size of accommodation units would allow the lodge to compete with traditional five-star resorts.

Granted to lodges consisting of large tents or prefabricated villas, all with private pools. It’s the “ultimate pampered experience” in nature, with private butlers, more service frills and tailor-made experiences.

ENVI Lodges will be based in a number of undisclosed destinations, although it has been revealed that the accommodations themselves will be in mountain, desert, seaside, farm and heritage locations.
