Airbnb Lists ‘The Lord Of The Rings’ Film Set For A Limited Time, Here’s How To Book A Stay

The vacation home and condo rental site listed “The One-and-Only Hobbiton”, the location of the original the Lord of the Rings film fixed, for a limited time.

For the first time, fans of the franchise have been invited to book a stay at The Hobbiton, featured in LOTR and The Hobbit film trilogies. Not only will guests be able to explore the space where the series was filmed, but they will also be able to experience all the magic that Middle Earth™ has to offer.

On the occasion of the 10e birthday of The Hobbit: An Unexpected JourneyAirbnb has worked with landlords to allow guests to enjoy special access to the 44-hole Hobbit Built and other popular locations at The Shire™, like The Green Dragon™ Inn and cozy rooms at The Millhouse.

The property is located on a 1,250 acre working farm with rolling green hills similar to The Shire™ as described by JRR Tolkien in The Lord of the Rings and captivated Mr Peter Jacksonmovie scouts more than two decades ago.

According to the official listovernight accommodation will be provided in The Millhouse, a two-bedroom Hobbit-inspired house on the property that sleeps up to four people that includes a Bilbo Baggins-worthy writing nook and warm decor curated by the manager creator of the trilogies. Brian Massy.

With sweeping views of The Shire™, guests can also enjoy private access to a personal Hobbit Hole, set up for moments of relaxation.
