At least 26 shot dead and more than 90 injured, including teenagers, in Halloween weekend horror of gun violence across US
A VIOLENT Halloween weekend left at least 26 dead and more than 90 injured in shootings across the United States.
A 15-year-old boy was one of six people gunned down in the town over just 30 minutes, ABC7 reports.
Two women, aged 25 and 23, were shot through the window of a house as they stood in their kitchen.
A 17-year-old boy was among those killed in the city after being found dead in an alley on Saturday night.
At least four people have been shot in Boston.
On the other side Colorado four people were killed in a home in Aurora and five more people were shot in Denver.
Another person was killed and three others injured in shootings around Minneapolis.
The fatal shooting occurred at the site of a house fire before midnight Friday and is the 72nd death to be investigated for homicide in the city so far this year, according to CBS News.
Communities have been rocked in Pittsburgh after gunfire erupted outside a church where a funeral was taking place on Friday, police said.
The filming the horror injured six, and cops said some of the victims were attending the service in what is believed to be a targeted incident.
“We believe there are people who will resort to violence through the use of firearms, and it’s a danger to anyone when that could happen,” said the Pittsburgh police commander, Richard Ford, according to CNN.
A Halloween party at an Airbnb in Phoenix ended in violence after a shooting erupted early Saturday morning, officials said.

And the officials rushed to a stage in Jacksonville, Florida where a young man was reportedly shot dead on Saturday evening.
The police are working there to gather more information about the horrific crime.

‘When it all happened I was shocked,’ a shaken witness said Fox 35.

In New York, five other people were shot dead in acts of violence. A 46-year-old man shot dead in a Brooklyn restaurant has died in hospital.
Houston also saw fatal shootings after one person was killed and another injured in a double shooting at a donut shop, police say.
At least six people were also injured in Indiana after the state came under fire with several horror shooting incidents.
Two of the Indiana victims were hit in South Bend while the other four were hit in Indianapolis, officials confirmed.
In Philadelphia, three people have been hospitalized after gunfire erupted during a vigil.
Police said three suspects attended the scene and opened fire around 7 p.m. Saturday.
Six people were also shot in the city outside a nightclub on Sunday morning. Five are in stable condition while one is critical.
Four people were injured when gunfire erupted in a South Carolina apartment complex in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At least two of the victims are believed to be minors. They are all in stable condition.
