Dallas police raid Plano short-term rental property used by alleged sex trafficking ring
PLANO – the dallas police arrested two people during a raid on a Plan home on Thursday in an effort to bust a sex trafficking ring.
Investigators say the house on Las Palmas Lane near Ports O Call Drive was a short-term rental used by the sex trafficking operation.
Dallas police arrested Brandy Cliff, 41, for aggravated promotion of prostitution and Madison Hatcher, 22, on a Hays County assault warrant.

SKY 4 captured footage of furniture coming out of short-term rental.
According to the police, the rental was used as a brothel.
On Thursday, Dallas and Plano police raided the property. A neighbor took a photo during the raid.
Dallas police said they had been tracking the ring since July, when they learned of a sex trafficking ring in North Dallas.
According to police, in September the ring moved to a short-term rental in Plano.
It’s across from Chris Bailey’s house.
“I kind of thought they were college kids, but nothing out of the ordinary,” he said.
Bill France with the Plano Neighborhood Coalition is using the bust as fuel in the city’s fight over short-term rentals in single-family neighborhoods.
“Do you want your children and family to live next to a brothel?” He asked.
Officers interrogated and released several other people at the house.
According to the police, the investigation is ongoing.
