Forget the hours spent stuck in New York traffic getting to the US Open, now you can arrive the way the players do.
Equinoxe Hotels partnered with a private helicopter service Blade to offer guests a chance to enjoy the US Open in style and arrive in time for the match. The partnership was created exclusively for this year’s 122nd US Open, the fourth and final Grand Slam tournament held each year in Flushing Meadows, Queens.

The stylish hotel, which opened in 2019, has in-room wellness-focused amenities, an on-site Equinox Club gym, outdoor pool, spa with cryotherapy and infrared sauna and a restaurant with terrace, Electric Lemon.

The Play Like a Pro package includes a one-night stay in any room type between August 27 and September 11 (the duration of the tournament) and a Blade helicopter transfer between the Equinox Hotel and the Billie Jean King US Tennis Center. Before heading out, enjoy the Electric Lemon Terrace, which serves nutritious bites and delicious cocktails, or the elegant and generous rooms before heading to the tournament. The package also includes a $100 food and beverage credit and complimentary valet parking for one vehicle.
Blade, a private aviation service that offers private jet and helicopter flights, is one of the classiest ways to travel whether you’re going to Miami or the Hamptons. The package includes private transportation to the tournament. You’ll be whisked to the Blade Heliport a few blocks away via private transfer and receive the ultimate VIP treatment in the Blade Lounge, which includes your choice of wine, champagne, or other beverages. The brief helicopter ride will take you to LaGuardia Airport, where you’ll have another private transfer to the players’ entrance to the tournament venue, then return home after the game is over.
