Gogglebox star Georgia Bell revealed she was pregnant in March

Gogglebox star Georgia Bell gave fans a sneak peek at her lavish baby shower over the weekend.

The 21-year-old has already revealed she is expecting a baby boy with boyfriend Josh in July.

Ahead of the new arrival, Georgia celebrated at Ebony’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar in Durham with her friends and family.

Sharing a series of snaps from the special day with her 42,000 Instagram followers, Georgia posed in a teal satin midi dress with pleats at the bottom.

She accessorized her baby shower look with a pearl headband and tied the sandals.

Captioning the post, a beaming Georgia wrote, “The most perfect baby shower. Thank you all for making my day so special.

The baby shower seemed like a classy affair with a white and gold theme including balloons, flowers and a four-tier cake.

A white and gold sign at the entrance read: “Welcome to Georgia’s baby shower” with the date Sunday at the bottom.

Guests who attended the shower were also treated to goody bags tied at the top with gold ribbon.

A recognizable face at the baby shower was Georgia’s best friend and Gogglebox co-star Abbie Lynn.

The 21-year-old posed for photos with her BFF wearing a 60s-style psychedelic print mini dress which she paired with strappy black heels.

Abbie was one of the first to comment on Georgia’s Instagram post: “Absolutely beautiful inside and out! You are going to be the most perfect mom, I always love you.

More Georgian Gogglebox stars have also left messages of support for the mum-to-be.

Mother-of-two Izzi Warner from Leeds, who appears on the show with her sister Ellie, wrote: “She looks absolutely radiant xxx.”

While Daniel Lustig, husband of Brighton-based Gogglebox hairstylist Stephen Webb, commented: “You look blooming xxx.”

Georgia replied, “Thank you all for your lush comments. It was really a great day.

In another Instagram post, Georgia – who already knows she’s having a boy – appeared to reveal the name of her unborn son.

Posting a selfie in front of her baby shower cake, Georgia wrote, “Endless baby shower pics.”

But eagle-eyed fans noticed there was a name bunting around the cake that appeared to spell “Hugh James.”

Georgia has yet to confirm if this is the name she and partner Josh have chosen for their baby boy, so fans will just have to wait until the baby is born to find out.

Georgia announced she was expecting her first baby in January with a cute Instagram post.

She posted a picture of a framed baby scan with “Baby Newby” and “Due July 2022” written above and below.

Although she hasn’t spoken much about her pregnancy, it did come up on Friday night’s episode of Gogglebox.

Speaking to her friend Abbie, Georgia said the midwife told her it was time to pack her hospital bag, to which Abbie replied: “Are you kidding?”

A confused Georgia – who is months away from her due date – continued: “I went ‘you what?’ and she said ‘you know, your little hospital bag’, and I said ‘what do I put in it?’ »

She then asked Abbie, “What do you put in a hospital bag?” before explaining, the midwife had suggested getting some snacks for her and her boyfriend in case they were hungry during labor.

“She gave us a few ideas, but the one she was pushing was the snacks,” Georgia said, leaving viewers in stitches.
