PJET compares its student accommodation app to VRBO, Airbnb and Amazon

DALLAS, April 6, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Priority Aviation, Inc. (USOTC: PJET) (“PJET”) plans to launch its Student Housing by Owner (SHBO) application (APP) later this month.

The management of PJET explains its APP SHBO as the VRBO or Airbnb for student housing. Management plans to evolve the relationship with students into a lifelong relationship that extends beyond graduation, providing a more socially responsible Amazon alternative.

PJET will issue a shareholder update in conjunction with the upcoming 2021 annual report (the company has filed an extension and intends to file the annual report during the extension period). The update will include details of the plan to evolve the SHBO app into an Amazon-like global marketplace serving the world’s 500 million college students after graduation. The update will outline the company’s revenue model for the APP.

Overall, the update will serve as a progress report and update to the presentation of the company’s 2022 strategic overview released in January this year showcasing the soon to be launched Student Accommodation by Owner (SHBO) Application (APP).

The SHBO APP is a proprietary, custom-designed technology by PJET that will drive the value of on-balance sheet intellectual property and generate revenue. PJET is gaining hands-on experience in the student life market by investing in the construction and operation of a multi-unit student residence serving a small university in Texas. The building will add value to balance sheet assets and generate revenue in addition to providing a real-time data source for the continued development and evolution of the SHBO application.

PJET has also partnered with Alternet Systems, Inc. (USOTC: ALYI) on a pilot program to bring ALYI electric motorcycles and scooters to college campuses. The shareholder update to be released in conjunction with the 2021 annual reports will include an update on the project with ALYI.
