Former head coach Matt Nagy’s Bears-themed mansion has gone viral.

Former Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy put his six bedrooms and six bathrooms 9,400 square foot mansion in Lake Bluff, Illinois on the market, and it has certainly caught the attention of Bears fans and Twitter users everywhere.

Nagy, who was hired as the team’s head coach in 2018, paid $2.75 million for the property at 570 Lansdowne Lane in 2018, according to the Chicago Tribune. The mansion is set on over two acres and was listed for over $6 million March 5.

Curiously, the property was then listed as temporarily off-market as of 10:29 a.m. EST on March 5.

The house has plenty of perks and amenities, many of which could make it the ultimate Airbnb rental for Bears fans — but alas, Nagy appears to be selling the property instead — if and when it comes back on the market, of course.

Nagy’s Illinois Residence has many bear-themed rooms

In addition to a view of Lake Michigan, the property has an outdoor barbecue area and a fire pit. a cinema with bear-themed posters on the walls, a home gym, a navy and orange basketball court with an “N” painted on the free-throw line, and a set of orange lockers that the former coach of Chicago had installed.

Nagy also had his walls decorated with framed jerseys, including one of former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback QB Alex Smith and legendary Bears founder George Halas. There’s even a bear-themed bathroom.

The house also features something typical of Nagy: a wall entirely covered with the call sheets of the former head coach who became famous when he was in quarantine during the 2020 NFL Draft.

Brendan Sugrue from Bears Wire captured several of the images before the property was temporarily taken off the market, and it’s definitely something to behold:

Parker Molloy also captured footage from Nagy’s bear-themed cinema:

Twitter, of course, had a lot to say about this:

Many couldn’t help but take a beating from the muster sheets still hanging on the wall:

Others thought the ‘N’ on the free throw line was a bit too much:

While some Bears fans just enjoyed the coolness of it all:

Nagy returns to Kansas City

After being fired Jan. 10 along with former Bears general manager Ryan Pace, Nagy was hired by the Chiefs to be their new quarterbacks coach and senior assistant. He will reunite with Andy Reid, with whom he has worked his entire career apart from his four-year stint in Chicago.

Nagy went 34-31 as the Bears head coach, and he was 0-2 in the playoffs. The Bears finished 8-9 in 2017, third in the NFC North.

“To the Chicago Bears organization – It’s been an honor to be your head coach for the past four seasons,” Nagy said after being fired in a statement released by the team. “I want to thank Ted Phillips, George H. McCaskey and Mrs. Virginia McCaskey for the opportunity to lead gaming’s most legendary franchises. It’s four years that I will always remember.

“To the players, coaches and support staff – Thank you for your hard work and daily dedication,” added Nagy. “I will forever be grateful for the fight and determination you have shown each week. Every day I have done my best to honor the commitment you have shown to the game and the organization. We have all built great relationships that will last a lifetime. I was proud to be your coach and wish you success in the future.
