Stay indoors at this Sweet Airbnb with a movie theater

We all know those people who really love winter. They ski, snowshoe, ice fish, make chainsaw ice sculptures, etc. And you know what ? It’s awesome. Really, really great. We are all very happy for these people. What beautiful specimens they are.

But then there are those of us who just try to support winter. We just want to get through this damn thing while doing as little damage to our bodies as possible. We don’t make snowboards, we don’t make snowmobiles, we don’t make snowmen. We self-medicate and binge-watch Netflix.

If you are part of the old group, this Airbnb in Livingston Manor, New York might be just what you’re looking for. “The Zen House” includes a private 12-person HD movie theater with Bose surround sound and luxury leather recliners. You and your friends could really do some damage on that HBO series you wanted to get into.

And when all that media consumption wears you down, you can loosen those finger joints growing remotely in the hot tub on location. There is also a sauna and a cold plunge pool. If you feel like venturing outside, you can warm up by the fire pit. There are plenty of games on site including KanJam, ping pong, corn hole, and more. Although we try to avoid the outdoors, we have to admit that the outdoor space is quite pleasant. There are several grills and a smokehouse on site as well.

The price is $567 a night, which really isn’t too bad if you book as a group and go all together. Could be perfect for a bachelorette party or a weekend bachelor party. Don’t hog the remote.
